Refund policy

We want you to feel Endlessly Beautiful in every Endlessly Venus piece, if something isn't right and you would like to make a return, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued. A $3 restocking fee per item and any original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total store credit amount.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags and hygienic liners must be attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

Swimwear

For hygiene reasons, swimwear is only eligible for return if the hygienic liner is intact and the item has not been worn or washed.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Endlessly Venus is not responsible for refunds or replacements for orders that are:

Lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Returned to us because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Delayed by the shipping carrier due to circumstances beyond our control.

Sizing

We encourage you to carefully review our size guide and product descriptions before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before purchasing—we're happy to help you find your perfect fit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Endlessly Venus is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Shipping Protection

Orders do not include shipping protection unless it is selected at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
