Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during new product launches, holidays, or high-volume sales.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, Endlessly Venus is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. Endlessly Venus is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is not included with your order unless it is selected at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed in transit, we kindly ask that you allow the shipping carrier additional time to complete delivery.

If your order is lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, Endlessly Venus is unable to issue a refund or replacement.

If your package appears to be lost despite the correct shipping address being provided, please contact us and we'll work with you to open a claim with the shipping carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
